If you're one of us busy people, you probably have a hard time fitting in your workouts. Here's a simple tip that can make a difference with fitting your workout in consistently.
Schedule your workout. Simply put it in your calendar on your smart phone. Make sure to add a reminder for 1 hour before your scheduled workout.
