It seems that TRX is everywhere these days. I think this company is really exploding. Everywhere I look I see an ad for the suspension trainer, or a video clip of an exercise.
Maybe the advertising brains are just getting better at targeting their prospective audiences?
Either way, TRX is here to stay!
TRX Suspension Trainer Certified
Last weekend, Fulcrum Fitness hosted a TRX certification at the facility I work at. We have an awesome S-frame set up and Elizabeth Andrews, of Push Training, was there to lead us all in our certification. Yep, I’m TRX certified, and since Fulcrum’s motto is “Whoop-ass Administered Daily”, I think that the level of “Whoop-ass” is about to increase considerably!
All Core
I’ve been training people on the suspension trainer in my bootcamps and now I’ve added one to my home collection of workout equipment! It just arrived today! I’m really excited about fusing TRX moves with kettlebells and yoga. Talk about core work!
If the suspension trainer has got your curiosity, check out this other article I wrote, What is TRX Suspension Training?
Have you tried the suspension trainer? I’d love to hear your thoughts on training with this piece of equipment or hear about your favorite moves and exercises. I’m always looking to add to my own personal knowledge base. Please leave a comment below!
Let's hear what you have to say about this!
