I’m the first to admit that I have a sweet tooth as much as anyone. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with a nutrition plan. I find that feeding my cravings with healthy alternatives like this chocolate peanut butter cup protein shake helps when I have the urge to go a little crazy.
With it being Halloween, my mind has been on peanut butter cups, one of my favorite types of sweets. Seeing bags and bags of them at the grocery store sure doesn’t help either.
