Sugar addiction affects the receptors in our brain in much the same way that more severe drugs do. Last month my partner fiancée and I gathered 30 people into a private Facebook group, and coached them through our new program – The 14 Day Sugar Detox Party. We thought it would be a fun way to recruit a peer group to help us with our own detox.
