As you may know from my previous articles, I subscribe to the RSS feeds of a lot of different health and fitness websites and blogs. I’m compelled to share with you the ones that I really enjoy and find valuable. Getting great health and fitness information into your hands (or onto your computer screens) is one of the missions of this website, and I am enthusiastically obligated to introduce you to these gems!
MyOMyTv is a fantastic resource of health and fitness information. Website owner, Marianne Kane, is very inspirational and down to earth. She often posts YouTube clips of her kettlebell and body weight workouts. Her videos have been viewed well over 1 million times, and Shape.com recently named her video among the 10 Best Workout Videos on YouTube!
It’s easy to see why! Marianne’s intense exercises combined with her sincere approach to talking about fitness is appealing to men and women who are new to a healthier lifestyle, as well as to hardened veterans.
Most recently, Marianne has joined with fellow fit chicks Alli McKee, Jen Comas Keck, Julia Ladewski, Molly Galbraith, Neghar Fonooni, and Nia Shanks to bring us Girls Gone Strong. Stay tuned to their female strength revolution! I’m sure they have some great things in store for us!
