I think that today is a good day to share with you one of my favorites.
Now some bloggers might cringe at the thought of directing visitors away from their site. Not me, I’m here to spread fitness! Enjoy!
BODYROCK.tv is a fitness blog that I subscribe to. Zuzana is one fit chick! They post new workouts almost daily. She is dedicated to her fitness and following along with her blog allows anyone to see that having a body like this is about consistency and clean eating. I would recommend these workouts to anyone who is able to keep up or wanting to improve their fitness. They are good workouts for men and women.
There is a whole archive of fantastic workouts. Check them out.
Zuzana comes across as sincere and down to earth. She works really hard and it shows.
My only critique is that some of them seem kind of short. I might recommend doubling them up!
