Two weeks ago my newsletter subscribers received the first peek at my new online bootcamp training program. I’m extremely excited about this new platform that I’ve launched. I can’t even count the number of times that people have requested workouts to do while they travel, or for a more thorough online training program. This is for every one of you who likes to workout to workout DVD’s or online workouts.

JFit Pro Membership
Access my complete Online Bootcamp Program, online kettlebell classes, high intensity interval cardio classes, and yoga classes!
In Online Bootcamp you’ll complete at least three workouts per week that cover Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core workouts to ensure that you receive a well-rounded program. This ensures that you don’t overtrain any specific region of your body. You can perform the workouts with a TRX Suspension Trainer, kettlebell, dumbbell, or with your own bodyweight.
Online Bootcamp workouts are split into two phases.
- Phase 1 is comprised of basic movements, and each workout uses just one piece of equipment: TRX Suspension Trainers (TRX), kettlebell, dumbbells, or bodyweight. Phase 1 can be scaled for beginners, or for seasoned athletes.
- Phase 2 workouts (coming soon) will involve more advanced exercises and a combination of two pieces of equipment: TRX, kettlebell, dumbbell, or bodyweight.
A Kettleplex class is Johnny’s signature kettlebell workout, and each one has a different focus: region of the body, kettlebell complex, advanced exercises, and/or doubles.
Johnny teaches both vinyasa, and hatha styles, and classes will be a mix of general sequence, focus pose, meditation, philosophy, and breath work. Yoga perfectly compliments the other workouts in Johnny’s online programs, and is a crucial element of his own training style.
Cardio Interval Circuit
Cardio Interval Circuit is an hour-long high intensity cardio and abdominal workout. You will move, sweat, and burn tons of calories. Grab a water bottle, and a towel, and do your best to keep up with Johnny and his crew.
