  • Eat Whole Foods: Foods that expire, don't come in boxes, and by themselves have just 1 ingredient.

  • Pay attention to your macronutrients: Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins

  • Be Consistent: Eat according to your nutrition plan 80-90 percent of the time.
