A new kettlebell class just launched on JohnnyFit Online, and this one has a really interesting theme. Kettleplex: Satellite will have you swinging the kettlebell around various parts of the body.
Satellite is an intermediate kettlebell class that clocks in just over 35 minutes, and gets its name from the way you’ll move the kettlebell around all parts of the body. You’ll begin with foundational movements to improve technique and warm up. Then, prepare for launch.
Multiple kettlebells are suggested. There are options to increase in weight as your body warms up, and to decrease your weight as you become fatigued.
