It’s that time of month… No, not that time! The time of month where I announce that there are new classes online on JohnnyFit Online!

True to my word, there are new classes online arriving every month on JohnnyFit Online. These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to workout with kettlebells, bodyweight, TRX Suspension Trainers, dumbbells, or do yoga.

JohnnyFit Online is for you if you like to:

  • Workout from home
  • Need convenient workouts while traveling
  • Want to add variety to your workouts
  • Need a complete online training system to follow along
  • Don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on DVDs
  • Enjoy new workouts that arrive on a monthly basis.

The Grind

The Grind is a kettlebell class that comes in just under 30 minutes. This workout will leave you digging every drop out of your endurance reserves to make it through to the end without pushing pause!

You will need to grind through it with willpower and determination to make it to the finish.

ABS 200

Abs 200 is a two hundred repetition abdominal workout that is the perfect ab routine for anyone who wants to sculpt their mid section. Previously, Abs 200 followed the Cardio Interval Circuit workout, but now I have recorded it as a stand alone sequence that can be accessed from the free section of JohnnyFit Online.

Abs 200 is the perfect supplement or finish to any workout. Also, if you’re short on time, it is a great way to get in a workout and get on with your day!

Scheduled Release Times

Up until now, I’ve been releasing new workouts to JohnnyFit Online as I finish recording and editing them. Going forward, I intend to release new classes online according to a more rigid schedule so that members know when to expect them.

Expect a new yoga class, Prana Chakra Flow, to release on the first of April, and then the next new set of workouts will arrive on May 1st.

For the May 1st release you can expect at least one new kettlebell class, and at least 2 new yoga classes.

If you haven’t given JohnnyFit Online a try, there’s no better time than now. You can try it for free for 2 weeks. If you decide that it’s not for you, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 2 weeks there is no charge, and you will still have a lot of free content that you will be able to always access, including the Abs 200 sequence.
