28 Day Fitness Challenge

Two weeks ago I floated the idea of an old-fashioned fitness challenge. Basically, it’s a 28 day fitness challenge to hold you accountable and keep you motivated. It kicks off tonight, Monday March 25, at 6:30pm PST.

Join me at 6:30pm PST on Google +, where I’ll be hosting a hangout and be available to answer your fitness and nutrition questions. If you don’t have a webcam you can still participate. I’ll be broadcasting live, and you’ll be able to communicate with me through chat.

The whole idea of the fitness challenge is to have a team of supporters to root for you and to hold you accountable to the goals that you will set for yourself. If you’re not quite sure what those goals are, then that’s why it’s important to attend the Google Hangout tonight where I’ll help you figure it out.

Fitness Challenge

  • Kickoff Monday March 25th and runs for 28 days
  • 3 webinar health coaching sessions
  • Facebook check-ins
  • Workout at least 4 times per week
  • Stick to your nutrition plan greater than 90 percent of the time
  • Daily and weekly check ins
  • Free health coaching emails and messaging with me
  • Accountability!

I’ll provide resources for you to track your goals and workouts. I’ll also provide plenty of suggestions for workouts if you don’t already have some sort of routine or plan in place.

This whole fitness challenge will be a 2-way street. I have my own fitness related goals that I’m looking to be held accountable to as well.

We’re in this together! It’s my hope that we have a good time, find the motivation to push ourselves, and make some new friends!
