Workouts
I have a series of workouts for you to follow over the course of seven days. This way, you don’t even need to think about what you need to to. Just follow the program!
Each week:
- Day 1 – Half Hour Lunch Hour Workout
- Day 2 – Rest, or 18 Minute Vinyasa
- Day 3 – Half Hour Legs, Butt, & Core
- Day 4 – Kettlebell Core Cardio (can be done with dumbbells or bodyweight)
- Day 5 – Rest, or 18 Minute Vinyasa
- Day 6 – Half Hour Lunch Hour Workout
- Day 7 – Rest, or 18 Minute Vinyasa
Take your workouts up a notch by adding the Kettlebell Series, or ABS 200 to any day.
Why Do You Recommend This?
I recommend that everyone exercise at the very least 3 times per week.
This Free Member Program meets and exceeds my recommendations. All areas of the body are worked to develop strength, increase cardiovascular fitness, and improve flexibility.
Tips
- If you’re not following a solid nutrition plan, you will NOT get the results that you’re after.
- Take at least one full rest day per week.
- Upgrade to a Pro Membership for more variety of workouts.
