This is a workout that I developed and delivered in my bootcamps, so I’ve had plenty of time to refine it, polish it, and get it just right! The result is an extremely fun, high intensity cardio workout that will challenge the fittest of you and leave you dripping in sweat.
Dynamic Cardio Warm Up

Cardio Interval Circuit
The workout builds in intensity from the very beginning. The longer you last, the harder it gets. You can say it’s real heart pounding action!
