THE WARM UP
Forget about doing boring stretches. The warm up is actually part of the workout. It is fast paced, fun, and will get your body prepared for the harder exercises that are coming.
There are 26 different exercises in this workout to keep things exciting. You’ll never get bored, and it goes by quickly!
Many of the exercises in the cardio workout involve core contraction so that your abs get an indirect workout. Additionally, following the cardio workout is JohnnyFit’s Abs 200 sequence that will help you sculpt a chiseled mid-section.
THE COOL DOWN
Johnny is a registered yoga teacher and brings that expertise to this workout with a yoga-inspired cool down to help you stretch out the places that need it, and bring you back from the high intensity intervals.
An energetic soundtrack will keep you moving with intensity and determination!
