Today I’m trying out a new weekly post where I’ll share great YouTube fitness videos that I’ve discovered.
I literally follow hundreds of fitness blogs, both to expand my own knowledge of health and fitness, and to get ideas to implement into my own website. Finally, the idea struck me that I should be sharing more of this great stuff with you. Duh, sometimes I’m a little late to the party. Usually, I guess I’m just too caught with thinking about creating my own content.

I decided to start with this video because Sedentary work is a way of life for many of us and these postural issues affect most people who sit in a chair all day.
The TRX Suspension Trainer is a fantastic piece of exercise equipment that easily allows anyone of any fitness level to make adjustments in order to do the exercise.
I train a lot of people on the TRX, and they are always surprised when first learning how to use it. It’s super easy it is to make adjustments regardless of your age, fitness level, or experience with exercise.
