I’ve trained newbies, veterans, really fit, completely out of shape, and people with injuries who need lots of modifications.

This experience has allowed me to refine my techniques and instructions so that they are understandable by the widest range of audience. This makes my TRX Core workout easy to follow along, and relatively safe for you to do at home.
