Inspiration Comes From Action

The language that we use in our inner dialogue, can have an affect on our actions.

Replace the words "I'm trying to", or "I want to" with  "I Am", and "I Will"!

The difference between someone who is where you want to be, and where you are now, is that they've been walking in that direction for a while longer.

Step forward. Your trainer can show you the door, but you have to walk through it.

  • Clearly define what your goals are so that you can measure your success.

  • Determine EXACTLY what steps you need to take in order to reach your goals.

  • Visualize what your life will look like when you reach your goals.
